Our simple 3-step process keeps everything clear, stress-free, and tailored to your pet. We’re here to guide you from the first contact to finalizing your schedule; making sure you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

Tell us about your furry family member! This contact form helps us get to know what your families pet's needs are, so we can match you with the perfect care. Think of it as your pet’s introduction paw-shake. Or, you can choose to skip this step and jump right into step 2!

After receiving your contact form, we will send you a booking link to schedule in an info call or you can skip step 1 and schedule a call right away. Before booking a meet & greet, we hop on a short call to learn more about your pet, your schedule, and what you’re looking for. It’s our way of making sure we’re the right team to support you—no surprises, no guesswork, just clarity.

SCHEDULE YOUR MEET-N-GREET
Where we sniff things out in person. We come by to meet you and your pet, go over any important details, answer questions, review the booking app (iOs & Android) and documentation, then map out your future services. By the end, you’ll know exactly how everything works and feel fully supported.

REQUEST/SCHEDULE SERVICES
You will feel comfortable knowing you can request and book the services you need through our online booking portal—whether that’s daily walks, cat sits, boarding, or anything in between all within our simple to use app. We make scheduling smooth and flexible, so your pet gets consistent, reliable care and you get total peace of mind.
